We understand the impact this has on our clients, photographers, videographers, and everyone who has worked with Selorra, and we are sorry for the circumstances this creates.
If you have an upcoming wedding:
Selorra will no longer be providing photography or videography services for future weddings. Clients may communicate directly with their assigned photographer and/or videographer regarding the possibility of working together independently. Any new arrangement would be made directly between the client and the photographer or videographer and would be separate from any agreement with Selorra LLC or Kapturly LLC.
If your wedding has already taken place but you have not received all of your final media:
Please complete the form linked below so that we can document your situation and provide available information regarding your photography or videography files as the company winds down.
If you have already received your completed photography or videography:
Please download and securely back up all galleries, photographs, videos, and other media by October 1st, 2026, as Selorra's online systems and galleries will not remain available indefinitely. Photo galleries can generally be accessed at selorra.media and completed videos are hosted through Vimeo - https://vimeo.com/selorra.
