Not necessarily. Prior to winning a bid, we review the number of projects each person has been awarded and so that we can spread the love. Additionally, following an event, our editing team gives your raw content an internal rating. We consider these ratings in awarding future projects.

We understand that emergencies happen. It is Kapturly’s policy that in the event of any emergency, proof is provided to Kapturly regarding the situation. In the event of a valid emergency, Kapturly will provide an alternate team for the event. In the event of a valid or invalid emergency, it is your responsibility to help Kapturly find a replacement team to fill your spot. In the event of an invalid no-show, the team member will incur a $100 charge or the difference between their anticipated pay and the pay for the replacement team (whichever is greater). *Note that double booking yourself does not constitute as an emergency.

Our availability is limited, so we ask that you get in touch with us on a case-by-case basis to see if one of our photographers has an opening to capture your elopement - especially if it is happening on short notice. ​​​​​​​

A Hotel Savings card is a savings card for over 1 million properties worldwide. It is NOT a gift card. Basically our reservation website tells you how much you can save at any given property whereas if it was a gift card you could choose how much you wanted to save. You may use your Hotel Savings Card until the balance is used up completely. No activation costs, just savings!

Activate your travel savings code to create an account. Search 1,000,000 properties around the world. Savings are displayed with each search result. Results with the greatest savings are displayed first. Place your reservation and the amount that you save will be deducted from your Savings Bank Balance.

No. The travel savings program is flexible and permits you to use your entire Savings Bank Balance on a single or multiple reservations until your Savings Bank Balance is empty. The amount that you may apply to each reservation is determined by the parameters of your search and the savings available through the hotels and resorts that you choose. ​​​​​​​

Yes, if the amount of savings for the selected hotel or resort is equal to the amount of your Savings Bank Balance, the entire amount will be applied to your reservation automatically.

No. There is no minimum stay required. You can stay for a minimum of 1 night or the maximum nights allowed for that hotel.

Yes. A non-activated savings code is fully transferable. Once activated, a savings code cannot be transferred and personal information cannot be changed. The person activating the savings code must be the person traveling or using the service.

Yes you may! You would need to do that between you and those sharing the photo sessions. We recommend Venmo or any other peer to peer payment tool you prefer.

Affirm allows you to split up your Kapturly booking into easy monthly payments.

Kapturly makes payments on the 1st and 3rd Thursday's of each month. You will receive an email from our payment processor, Melio, to confirm and accept your payments via ACH or check.
